Rocklin is one of the fastest growing areas in Placer County and offers
a community with a great family atmosphere. It is located 22 miles northeast
of Sacramento and just adjacent to Roseville and is the governmental center
for Stanford Ranch, the still growing planned unit development.

Loomis is situated in the rolling hills of Placer County, and it retains

Lincoln
Lincoln was named the fastest growing city in California in 2001, but
it still retains its small town atmosphere with it's broad tree lined
streets and a downtown square. While it is experiencing tremendous growth,
Lincoln's city leaders and community activists are committed to keeping
the rural charm. It is located approximately 10 minutes from Roseville
or Rocklin on Hwy 65.
Lincoln has three new golf courses including Twelve Bridges, which hosts
the annual Ladies Professional Golf Association tour in April. Lincoln
also has one of the finest small airports in Northern California.
One of the many city's activities is the nationally known "Feats
of Clay" art festival and competition, an annual event held during
the month of May. Other traditional events include the Fourth of July
Celebration, The Portuguese Holy Ghost Celebration, plus the Downtown
Holiday Celebration and Tree Lighting in December.

Granite Bay
Located on the western shore of Folsom Lake for fishing, and trails for
biking, hiking or horseback riding, the Granite Bay community includes

Newcastle is another charming Placer County town with strong community

Meadow Vista
Meadow Vista is a small community in the pines with an eclectic nature
and small town ambiance. There is a community park in the heart of town
and a brand new library, in addition to local merchants. Just ten minutes
from Auburn, Meadow Vista is low enough to catch a dusting of snowflakes
in the winter and high enough to be cool in the summertime.
